If you consistently choose actions that enable bad habits, the subconscious picks them up and uses them to influence the next thing you do hence creating a system of bad habits.īut all this can be changed. Instead of using a lot of energy to decide how to live every day, it records the things you’ve been consistently doing and prompts you to function based on such patterns.
